The Hubbel is the solution for circular and modular building using elements. We are the forerunners of this concept. We can design each Hubbel in detail, for example in the corporate identity of your company or adapt it to your purpose or context. This makes the Hubbel unique and sustainable.
Hubbel is designed for the circular economy
After the decision has been made to purchase a Hubbel, we prepare everything in our Warehouse. The elements are then assembled on location. You may begin using it as soon as the construction is finished.
Maintanance contract
You can purchase a maintenance contract from us based on the number of square metres of your Hubbel. Maintenance contracts are for a period of 3, 5 or 10 years. When the contract has expired, we take back the elements of the Hubbel and refund you 30% of the original purchase value. The elements are stored in our Warehouse for recycling into new Hubbels.
Every element and component used in a Hubbel is stored again on return. This means that raw materials are never needed again. We do not produce waste and prevent raw materials disappearing from the earth through incineration. This is truly circular and sustainable.
